Good Journalism Isn’t Rushed
Dear Media People:
Did you learn in journalism school that your deadlines are not your sources’ problem, that if a story isn’t ready at deadline, it just shouldn’t run?
I did. Just curious if we were in the same classes.
Wire copy is still very plentiful these days. I’m thinking you should use it a little more often when you have some misgivings about something you’re reporting locally.
