Editing

I can spruce up just about anything you want to go public with. As an English grammar geek, I can catch your typos and such, but, as a writer, I can also help you make sure your writing is clear and meaningful for your reader. I can help you with your website content, your newsletter, your business correspondence, your press release, even your advertisement or your book. I ask for just $15/hr. Commissioned Articles and Ghost Writing

If you need an article for a website, a newsletter, a trade journal, a book or any other type of publication, just let me know. Being a general interest journalist, I can (and have) written about any topic (from parenting to politics to sports to schools), so I am confident I can tackle just about any project you’ve got. I ask for just 5 cents per word, and I don’t necessarily require by-line credit. To get started, just contact me with information about your project.

Coaching

If you’re wanting to write the Great American Novel, your Memorable Memoirs, or even just a research paper for a college class, getting started — and then sticking with it — is probably the toughest part of the project. I can help with that. I ask just $15/hour for face-to-face, telephone or internet sessions to help you develop and organize your ideas, and just a half-cent per word to read over what you’ve written and send you feedback.
